Village Care
Our goal at Heather Hills is to help our residents maintain their independence and quality of life. Village Care, our in-house health care office, is staffed 24 hours a day with Certified Nurses Assistants to help any residents who need or want a little extra help with their daily routines, such as bathing, dressing, and monitoring of medication.
Our Full Home Care Package Includes:

Any of these services are available a la carte for our independent living residents. Skilled nursing and rehabilitation services are available through outside agencies with on site visits, or at our Care Center.
