Village Care

Our goal at Heather Hills is to help our residents maintain their independence and quality of life. Village Care, our in house health care office, is staffed 24 hours a day with certified nurses assistants and our Director of Nursing, Helen Short, R.N., to help any residents who need or want a little extra help with their daily routines, such as bathing, dressing, and monitoring of medication.

Any of these services are available a la carte for our independent living residents. Skilled nursing and rehabilitation services are available through outside agencies with on site visits, or at our Care Center.
